I will uncover a free website which allows you to do it for free just by creating your account over there. Maybe you’re running low on budget and don’t have an experience in web design. Don’t worry, I will make this process simple and easy for you so you can get your free website up and running! Just follow along. Having a website in this modern age is important, it helps you establish your identity & brand awareness. You’re going to attract your preferred visitors by adjusting the content on your website to the solution they are searching for. Also, you’re going to rank on search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo). Let’s create your free professional website!
Create Free Pantheon Account
Come to the website pantheon.io and click on ”Start Free” to create your free account. Fill your information – Name, Email, Password, Country and click ”Create Account.” Once you’ve created your account, log in to your pantheon dashboard and select ”Create New Site.” You can create 2 free websites with your free pantheon account. Now that you’re in the process of creating your website, you’re going to be asked ”What Kind Of Site?” Choose wordpress. I will use free software wordpress in this tutorial. In the next step, name your site and choose a region for your site (it means where the files of your website are going to be hosted). Click on ”Continue.” WordPress is going to be deployed, once completed, come back to your pantheon site dashboard. I named my website ”Example Blog Website”. Now you have 2 options: 1) Visit Development Site or 2) Site Admin – select 2) Site Admin because website is not yet created. We still need to install wordpress and later on, select our desired theme.
Install WordPress & Astra Plugin
In this step, we’re going to install wordpress and astra plugin for chosing our website theme among many different themes. Choose your preferred language when installing wordpress, I’m going to use English. Click on ”Continue.” Now choose your Site Title, Username, Password, Email and click on ”Install WordPress.” Wait a little bit for wordpress to install and then come back to your site admin and log in to your wordpress dashboard with your selected Username/Email and Password. In your wordpress dashboard, on the left side where the navigation tools are (grey colored), select plugins – ”add new plugin.” In the search bar, type ”astra” and press enter. Install plugin ”Starter Templates – Elementor, WordPress & Beaver Builder Templates” (as shown on the picture 2.6). Once installed, click on ”Activate.”
Build Your Website
Next up, follow the process of installing desired theme for your website. It is going to ask you : ”How Would You Like To Build Your Website?” Select ”Build With Templates.” AI Website Builder is still a new technology and robots can’t understand instructions on how to build a website well enough like humans. As a Page Builder, select Elementor. It is the most common Page Builder with many drag & drop widgets. All you need to create your website however you imagined. In the next step, select your preferred website theme among many offered. If you already have your business logo, you can upload it immediately. If you don’t, just click on ”Skip & Continue.” Choose your desired theme colors and text font. In the last final step of building your website, provide your personal info (Name, Work Email, Career, Who You Are Building A Website For) or just click ”Submit & Build My Website.” Wait a little bit as your website is being built. After approximately 30 seconds, your new website is created! View Your Website and that is all it took to build your website completely for free! If you want to continue editing your new website, log back in to your wordpress dashboard and edit with elementor!
